We ship to all 50 US states. Secure home delivery straight to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Most customers receive their Flavi within 2 to 5 business days after shipment. A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Some banks may charge a small foreign transaction or processing fee on online purchases. These fees typically range from a few cents to $5 and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our website, we only receive the amount shown at checkout. If you notice an additional charge, please contact your bank directly. This is rare and occurs on approximately 1% of orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your Flavi product doesn't work for you, no problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund on the product price. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start a return, contact us at info@us-flavi.com.
Exchanges
If your Flavi product has a manufacturing defect or an issue not caused by misuse, we will exchange it free of charge. You have 30 days after receiving your product to contact us at info@us-flavi.com.
Wrong Size?
Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you get the right fit. Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
